Amazing customer service! I came to this hookah lounge cause I've heard great things from a friend of mine which made me drove all the way from Sacramento. The best place to kick back and have some great time with friends and peers. Taza provided an exceptional service very friendly and an incredible person! Do visit this place.

I love the Dream Hookah lounge, everything about it, the staff, The presence of the owner, the chill vibes in there, I recommend everyone to come here for a real chill time, like baseball is America's pass time Hookah is a universal chill and pass time, it's so beautiful in there, the customer service is outstanding, the workers there don't miss, they know when to come and check I. The lack of hookah lounges in Oakland is real, but luckily Fremont is a short drive away, so I found myself here around 7pm on a Thursday with a friend. We ordered a Regular Hookah (~$22) with a mix of Blue Mist and Grape Mint flavors. It took a few minutes for them to prepare the hookah so in the meantime, we chatted and listened to the music they had playing. The hookah itself tasted pretty good. It lasted for about 2 hours but we kept having to ask to change the coals since they were burning too quickly. All in all, Dream is a cool spot to hang out and grab a hookah. The layout of the lounge isn't ideal, in my opinion. But if you're just looking to relax and smoke hookah, Dream will do the job!

Hands down my favorite spot in the Bay. I drive from Emeryville just to come here and so worth it. The hookah is always exceptional. To be honest, I don't think there was ever a time I had complained about it being too harsh or not enough. This spot has a great selection of tobacco. The customer service is great too. I have been to many spots around the Bay and all of them fall short to Dream. The staff is always checking up on all of us and are always around for coal refills, tobacco refill, and just to talk with us. The atmosphere is dope too. Music is on point and so is the decor. Oh and the bathroom? Always clean. What can I say? This spot is really my go to. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a spot that's chill and has great hookah. Keep it up Dream!

I love it when I find new places to take my friends who enjoy good hookah and a chill atmosphere. We went in around 6pm last night (when they open), and they opened right on time. It's small, but cozy inside, and the room is lit entirely with blue lighting. Interesting vibe. Abdul (I hope I spelled his name right), gave us 15% off because it was our first time! It's so nice when business go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time! He also went over the entire menu for us, giving us a quick explanation of each category. Cheesecake?? I will try that next time. He recommended White Gummy Bear with a little bit of mint, which my friend and I ended up enjoying very much for the next hour and a half or so. They were very attentive in changing the coals! We said thank you every time they came back, and laughed because we must have said it 10-15 times or so. :-) I love Dream Hookah Lounge, it's really impressed me as far as lounges go. And my friend, who has never done Hookah, really had a great time!! I'm so glad we came here. We were the only ones there until about 7ish, so I guess that's when it picks up.
